The 3 steps we use in our own homeschool:

  1. Identify your ONE non-negotiable subject This reduces overwhelm immediately and helps you feel successful every single day.
  2. Create a short, predictable routine. Kids thrive with structure — even 10 minutes of predictability makes the whole day smoother.
  3. Add the “calm first” rule We start our homeschool day with connection, quiet, or movement… because calm kids learn better.
